NoteMend is a file-repair utility for one narrow Notability .note failure case. It is provided as-is and repair is not guaranteed for every damaged note.
Keep a backup
Do not overwrite or delete the original .note file. Keep it until you have imported and verified the repaired copy in Notability.
Supported repair
The current version only attempts a repair when it can identify exactly one missing PDF background reference. It intentionally refuses ambiguous cases rather than attaching a guessed file.
Free diagnosis and one-time repair purchase
Diagnosis is free. When NoteMend confirms a supported repair and prepares the repaired copy locally, unlocking that repair costs US$4.99 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or NoteMend account.
Repair keys
A qualifying Lemon Squeezy purchase generates a repair key. One repair key unlocks one supported repair. A key is considered used when NoteMend successfully activates it to unlock a prepared repaired file. Keep your receipt until you have downloaded and verified the repaired file.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing the correct original PDF and for verifying the output before relying on it.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Taxes, payment methods, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies. See our Refund Policy.
